It's official: Luxembourg deputies greenlit a bill on Wednesday that allows for limited cannabis cultivation and consumption at home.

This is the first step taken by Luxembourg towards full legalisation in the coming year/s

    Kind of a strange bill, allowing home cultivation but imposing a fine for possession. I assume it means possession outside of the house. I don’t know enough about EU and Luxembourgish politics to say if it’s a good bill or a bad bill, but it certainly seems like a step in some direction.

      I mean it’s a start and the fine is for possession outside the home, but it will also be removed when full legalisation is in place.
