I know for me I had to give Plex the local IPs to force local streaming because it would try to stream remote even on local network.

Yea definitely was not going to change what I do because of a study I just find it interesting to read about.
I find it hard to believe carbs don’t increase or decrease performance. As someone who does a lot of carb cycling when cutting this is crazy to hear. Of course everyone is different but I can feel a noticable difference on those high days vs low days. Similar to overall eating diet in general.
Edit: mind sharing the research as article I like to learn about this stuff.
There is also a docker version https://github.com/slskd/slskd
They are rebranding to a new website it is faster imo I don’t like how when u unzip the files there is no parent folder however you have to make that.
Edit: New site https://lucida.to/
The US (for me) does as well but the only way I believe they can know if you are sharing files are if they search for those same files go to your profile and then get the IP from there. So it is possible but in my experience has not happened others experience may vary.
I mostly look the reddits or here on Lemmy communitys of the genre I like. I also look at what bands tour with who and give there songs a listen.
But I have also came across a website called coreradio(.)online and it has been great for piracy and discovery of that genre (metalcore and other metals/rock ) as well. No idea if there are similar sites out there for other genres.
I have been sharing with no VPN so far as I currently can not port forward with my VPN. As for for sharing with no open ports the way I understand it is you might be able to share sometimes but if someone wants to view all your shares etc they can not communicate with you. Could be wrong. Ngl there are tons of leaches on SLSK over the past couple of months.
For my current book there is about no metadata in the files that was first thing I checked.
This sounds really nice will give this a try for sure.
Ah this sounds nice. I will give it a look thanks.
Haha I know exactly what you mean. My junior year of college I was getting into lifting weights with my roommate and our shared toilet had a handicap handrail and we utilized that thing to help us sit down lmao. But ultimately it’s up to you. I kept going and didn’t die.
Being sore is ok good even if you ask me. It seems like you are going easy into it and as long as you can still move your limbs and they are not that sore that they hurt to say stretch out your arms (trust me that sucks) I say keep going. I still often feel soreness in my back and legs. It makes it feel like I actually did something.
A women working out and lifting wont make them masculine or “bulky” same goes for men if you do hip thrusts or those leg spread machine ones you won’t look “feminine”. In fact they are very aesthetic and can help with many lifts or general looks. Don’t sleep on any exercise.
I’m of the belief that more people more opinions wether you agree or not with them is always better. Reddit and here on Lemmy is both an “echo chamber” of there own making.
Cheers as I said I have never used this so honestly let me know how/if it works lol.
That won’t be lossless
Take it with a grain of salt never tried this but found this . Keep in mind SLSK is p2p so if no one is currently sharing it or it’s a private share I’m assuming it won’t download don’t know if it logs that etc. I moved away from Spotify about a year ago now and used SLSK and some other direct downloads to get all mine.
Cheers thanks for the information I kinda just assumed it just worked… Lol
I use Plex (Plexamp) and I can not complain. I don’t really access via the web browser however, I use the app for dedicated music playback.
