Technically, yeah of course. Though I think that people rather use it on Apple’s larger devices like iPads and MacBooks. It’s not that convenient to use virtual machines on small screens (although I understand it can be useful in some specific scenarios).

Gaming is also one use case where it’s desirable to have more RAM.
