I’ve heard arguments for both sides and i think it’s more complicated then simply yes or no. what do you guys think?

It’s more akin to using a graphics tool like Photoshop, blender, or even like music production with sampled sounds. While you can just get an image without much work, the really good ones have a lot more work and creativity behind them.
