I don’t think syncronisationed is a word in english, that would be syncronised.
But for movies you probably mean ‘dubbed’
Imo, Streaming doesn’t have a good experience. torrent is the way to go
Torrenting in Germany can cost you hundreds to thousands if you get caught (And they do look for people doing so). Streaming on the other hand is barely worth a fine.
