When switching between All/Local/Subscribed — consider marking the current selection in bold in the menu, rather than adding the word “(Current)”. This would shorten the menu text and might make it simpler to localize.

Not sure. I looked on Apple’s developer website earlier and all I could find was HI guidance about check marks in MacOS menus.
