It’s TTC, there is a plexiglass barrier. Maybe no TV but there’s music from some rando’s bluetooth speaker. No bar but the guy rolling a joint in the back might hook you up if you ask nicely. The station where this photo was snapped even has washrooms! Much luxurious. Pretty apt comparison if you ask me.

Who invited the guy who hasn’t showered in a year? What the heck is a screaming baby doing here? Wait, what… is that dude threatening the driver with a knife?! Let me off!

My friends don’t play their loud music on public transportation or talk on speaker phone full blast while sitting next to me. So, no.

That’s because you haven’t met them yet. Once you do, your friends will do all these things while sitting next to you. :D

Friend of mine watched a guy do his laundry on the bus once.

As in, he took off his clothes, threw them on the floor near the rear entrance, pour water (maybe water?) and some soap (maybe soap?), and on his knees used the ridged surface of the bus like a washboard.

So it can also be a laundry mat full of friends you haven’t met yet.

You guys don’t introduce yourselves to your fellow passengers? How do you know you’re not riding with a crazy person?
