Freeland referred to billions of dollars in federal aid that Ottawa has given the city since the Liberal government came to power in 2015, as well as billions given to the province, saying it’s now up to those two levels of government to meet the city’s needs.
That’s precisely the point. Get residential homes out of the hands of speculators and into the hands of families.
