Of course you’re always a quick trip away, so there’s that. One problem with over-centralization, is why it happens. It’s more efficient, thus, more profitable. That alone isn’t necessarily awful, but there is nothing to counter or regulate the profit motive - so everything keeps centralizing more and more.
