What was the final build? I have 1.1.1402 on my PC.
I advocate for logical and consistent viewpoints on controversial topics. If you’re looking at my profile, I’ve probably made you mad by doing so.

Palaye Royale - No Love In LA Love these guys; they have some serious My Chemical Romance vibes and I used to live right near them.
Hey, wake up! The new Clippy skin just dropped!
Nope. Originally her party was elected when somebody else was at the helm, and then when Jason Kenney retired, she was just kind of put there.
Literally no one in the public voted for her originally.
I’m in Alberta but I vote NDP.
Before he left, Kenney was actually warning that the crazies were trying to take over. Hell, we thought Kenney was crazy. Turns out he was right about this one thing.
Literally nobody in the public voted for her in the first term at least.
Edit: WTF, Lemmy. I’m factually correct. Look at her Wikipedia page if you don’t believe me.
She was appointed when Jason Kenney resigned. She won in the second term, not the first term. In the first term, the public was not given a chance to vote for her or not.
There would be no way for them to gain that knowledge. I could believe that they potentially lost their primary language and spoke a mild amount of other languages that they had picked up by osmosis…
But I am doubtful that they would be able to have a full conversation with a native speaker.
There’s no way the human brain could just conjure up a fully functioning secondary language that the person had no exposure to.
Huh. Reading the article now that I have time, they cite massive immigration as an issue, not to mention training people from other countries who then go home.
I know people in hospitals that retired when COVID hit, but not GPs. Not to say it isn’t the case, but I’d like to see a large study showing WTF is going on.
So like… Where are they all? Is there still a brain drain to the US?
I spent about an hour and kept getting reply notifications, just like the one I got now for this (now over a month old) post. I reply. I like to interact. It’s not arguing, it was legitimate discussion, and yes, I was discussing how people like to strawman others. To my mind, it was civil.
The message I got from the mod was - nearly word for word - “get the fuck out of here with that my children matter bullshit.”
I did not misrepresent the situation.
As an addendum, the thread were I was banned was not my first exposure to them. You may be conflating two interactions.

They are something else. Think like TheDonald was on Reddit, but for trans people and memes.
My first exposure to them was a thread by a mod saying that you MUST post absolute and unconditional not just approval, but promotion of what they say politically or you will be banned. It was fucking wild and nearly put me off Lemmy altogether.
That’s not exclusive to Reddit.
Looks at 196 here on Lemmy and their massive pissy baby ban list.
Edit: If you disagree, go look at the bans and their reasoning in the mod log. It’s insane, and I mean that word in the literal sense. Some fun things: they ban people for not agreeing with them vocally enough. They’ve banned people for arguing that the world isn’t beyond saving if we try. They’ve banned because (and I quote) “Get out of here with that my children matter shit”. It’s a lunatic brigade run by a clown.
That’s what I hoped but the FAQ doesn’t say why. All it says is that it only accepts two clients, the S-tier ones on this list.
No problem! It’s actually part of the add torrent dialogue and is extremely convenient!
Does anybody know why Tixati is banned on private trackers? I switched from it quite a while ago but they didn’t really say why.
It can and has since I started using it about 3 years ago.
Other than the precise numbers contained in the infographic, which aspect of the original post ignores the fundamentals of science? Especially now that you’ve also agreed that fewer people equals less consumption.
Double post. Ignore this.
It is not an opinion to state that fewer people equals less consumption.
Edit: Pardon, but if those of you mindlessly downvoting could explain your point instead of just being disagreeable, it would be appreciated.
