It’s not historic, though. If that were the case, I would’ve 100 % agreed.

Yess!!
Why does this specific issue only happen to Sync then? I know that some things simply won’t load because they aren’t federated on your instance, which is not only a Lemmy-wide, but a Fediverse-wide issue. This only applies to some of the comments though, not the ones that I can see just fine in my browser.
You can hear a preview of it on Spotify if you don’t have an account.
Oh I see. Thanks for the insight! So that means no stuttering.
Thanks for telling these anecdotes! Sign languages intrigue me, as their modality is so different. But when you actually look at it closer, you see how they’re not really all that different to phonetic languages. It’s mostly the interface that’s different. The concept behind it is the same.
My guess was that teaching a stuttering person a sign language could be a possible solution to overcome that psychological barrier since the way you produce communication is fundamentally different. If the subconscious can’t figure out how to stutter with hands, might it drop it when signing? Anyways, I do think that stuttering for native signers exists, as it seems only natural. I don’t think that phenomena is bound to articulatory-auditory languages. But maybe as a nonnative this might not be so intuitive…
They’re probably talking about the YT app. Its ads cannot be bypassed with uBlock Origin.
Well, that doesn’t stop one from liking music, no? Music has such a wide range, there is music without rhythm/beat (or a very different understanding of the concept of “rhythm”), without melody or patterns in general. I think this just narrows down your choice, but doesn’t make you hate music.
Depends on what instance and application/website you use. Where are you on?

This seems to be a software problem. Maybe because someone deleted their comment?
This is a very interesting thread! Thanks for asking the question, OP.
Oh wow, now I feel dumb. Thanks.
You’re right. Bad example from my side. But imagine this scenario:
But each small country has three neighbors! Two small ones, and always the big donut country. I attached a picture to my previous comment to make it more clear.
Well, if you ever want to find some more mathtubers, just browse the #SoMe2 or #SoMe3 hashtags on YouTube. It led me to Morphocular, who does great videos with great visual quality similar to 3B1B. Another great channel is Another Roof with a completely different approach of videomaking. VSauce also has some good videos on math topics, if you like him.
What about a hypothetical country that is shaped like a donut, and the hole is filled with four small countries? One of the countries must have the color of one of its neighbors, no?
Huh, I always thought “ain’t shit” comes from “this is so bad, it ain’t even shit”. Was probably just my personal take to explain it.
