3.2 cm is average depth from skin to heart at its closest point to the outside. 6% of individuals is just 1.7 cm.
So 2" can be plenty to poke at it.

At the same time, “similar works” are protected and allowed as legal. For instance the 5000 spaghetti westerns that exist, or the entire formula for 80’s slasher films. Or Ants and A Bugs Life, or Olympus Has Fallen and White House Down, or Deep Impact and Armageddon.
So there has to be some sort of line somewhere that’s a cut-off, but it might be hard to find. Musk wanted to use blade runner and was told to fuck off, so he made up his own dystopian Sci fi future scene. He most certainly aimed for the blade runner look, but was it illegal?
Tsk tsk. You forgot the start button at the end. Or select then start, if you have friends.
Stuff got too easy to really have to delve into a deeper understanding, most of the time, now. No jumpers, no dip switches, no pre-loading drivers or plugs that can be plugged into places they shouldn’t get plugged into. Everything is color coded and plug n play. You don’t have to dive in and assign com ports or anything.
I learned as I went because I wanted to get shit to work and that took a lot of educating to get there. Now, most of the time the situation doesn’t come up, so that deeper understanding is a building block that just got skipped over. The offshoot is that when the more rare occasion arises that a deeper understanding is required, it’s usually got a person way behind the 8 ball to be able to recognize and fix the issue.
It’s clearly against their law is probably part of the issue. The company gets a financial gain, which is obviously a benefit from the users death.
Doesn’t really seem like there’s more plastic dust? But since this study looked at colon cancer, maybe inhalation plastic has less of a role?
Lead and Teflon have gone down since the 90s. I’d say it’s mostly plastic. Up and into most all of the 80’s everyone drank tap water and sodas/other drinks were all canned or glass bottles.
Then around 1990 everyone started putting their drink in plastic. Then 15 years later for some dumbass reason, people started to buy and drink all their water out of plastic as well.
Ublock on Firefox still leaves it work great, actually. I use it like 95% of the time, still. Just don’t touch it without.
Well shit. At that point it becomes silly to think you can sue another country for money over illegal activities, doesn’t it?
Countersuit twenty billion for all the illegal drugs from Mexico that fuel their need for the guns.
Emt for the past like 16 years, here.
The answer is no.
Everyone gets handed out nasal narcan, it’s easy to administer, you can buy it at target, pretty much all police, ems, and fire carry some, and after the past 5 years most addicts know what it is and how it’s used. Tons of ems districts will leave addicts that overdosed with doses of narcan to keep with family/friends for when they do it again. That way they get saved without 911 even getting called half the time, since most addicts don’t want to have cops show up and get in trouble.
It’s not the weed. It’s just narcan and awareness.
That’s the reported inflation by the government markers, but be realistic with yourself.
Since 2017 food prices have gone up more like 65%, houses have gone up 50% (doubled since 2010), mortgage apr rates have tripled, rent has gone up 74%, and gas has gone up by 35%. Used cars and new cars have gone up 40% to 80% as well.
Tying “inflation” to those government markers and claiming that it keeps you at even pace (I’m not accusing you of this) with living is asinine. If you want to buy a house and a car today, you pretty much need to double what you were making in 2017.
They’re preoccupied trying to figure out how to get their population to stop disappearing.
We live in an oligarchy. As long as plastic is cheaper and gets sales, it will keep being used unless a law bans it. I lived in a time when soda was canned or in glass bottles. The stuff tasted better bottled in glass. Plastic was lighter and cheaper, so it got switched.
Some stuff can’t really be made very well without plastic. It can vastly be cut down, for certain. But it isn’t yet realistic to eliminate yet. We need replacement materials and ways to eliminate what is already here.
My state (US) finally just got rid of the law against switch blades/automatics. Mainly because it became a defunct/useless law that was made back when other knives were hard to open or took two hands to open. But in today’s world of flippers and spydercos and spring assist and all of those that are every bit as quick and easy to open, banning an otf or switch blade just didn’t make any sense.
Good news! There was barely a plot at all, that I remember. Everyone is trying to win the tournament in order to save the world? Something like that. I just know I always picked Xavier because 10 year old me thought he looked the most bad ass.
On the flip side, if the movie ends up awesome, maybe my copy of the game will be worth a lot more.
I still own Eternal Champions, for my Sega. Liked it, but basing a movie off of something that I doubt many remember or played at all? Wow.
Nah. I’m blaming our American people for this shit. Isreal or not, it was absolutely stupid and embarrassing to let that senile dumbass back into the white house. I would have rather had a slice of buttered bread running the country than this embarrassment.
