The world is actually burning though, and there are fewer birds, and people are tired and stressed all the time, and money is tight, and this is all in the real world, no internet required to experience any of that. The internet may expose you to others struggles that don’t affect your real world, but it still affects theirs. The ability to commiserate is what helps a lot of people cope with their real world, and might even invite insight on how to end some of those struggles.
Hotter than it was last year, and the year before that, and…
… then who the fuck does?
Just relaying what worked for me. Tried uploading with .webp and it didn’t work, tried with .jpg and it did. Didn’t matter to me whether it was a real conversion or not.
In my personal experience, when downloading .webp files I wasn’t able to upload to the places I needed to much of the time. But I’ve always been able to just slap .jpg to the end of the file name as I used the save as function and that would make it work everywhere just fine.
Upvoted for having the full article in the description of the post.
Yes please
What a sad pathetic life of getting so upset at the most unimportant things.
“We ought not promote, celebrate or support what scripture condemns,” said Dana Gonzalez, who was in favor of withdrawing, before quoting scriptures from the Bible
Of course the conservatives are bringing religion places where it shouldn’t be.
Also, I don’t even know how having a Marxist leading the free public library association makes any difference. Do they think the library should be more capitalistic? Sounds like a great way to make sure no one goes there.
I hope they can figure out how. I’m sure it’s not going to be easy to find ways to gather without drawing attention to yourselves. Especially because some of the women who are most likely to stand against have husbands that fully support the religious extremism happening there.
As a self described leftist, I’m open to discussing almost anything in a respectful manner. I’m not going to shit on anyone just for have a different opinion, but I’m going to argue my viewpoint when I feel led to. And I’m certainly going to call someone out for being bigoted, disrespectful, or spreading misinformation. A lot of those things are not well received by those on the right and may make them feel unwelcome, but that’s really not my problem.
You’re not wrong, but the goal of AA was to create that by proxy. Give students better education to help them get better jobs and help their communities. That and forcing institutions hands so they don’t come up with other bullshit reasons why they’re only accepting white students.
I’ve been using Ecosia for a while and liking it. I think the results are usually better than Google and the image search is way more useful, still gives you direct links to the image files. Though most importantly I like planting trees.
Genuinely asking, is having her as a federal judge better than having her continue to litigate cases? The article even says she’s unlikely to see many of more important cases due to her representing a rather liberal district.
Yeah, 50% person actually restarted, 30% chance person is lying, 20% chance person just turned the monitor off and back on.
