Always on services on a central pi for home automation, phone and internet services, etc.

Don’t use much heat, that will destroy them. Just throw them in at 30C and add a cup of white vinegar. It keeps the smell away even if they get wet again. Dry them quickly when finished.
Have been doing this for years, no problems so far.
The joke is, that the php devs force the C++ Dev to buy them all a beer. Pretty sure that’s a reference to the nature of the php interpreter being written in C. The C Dev is carrying their water so to speak.

1·6 months agoIn situ processing should solve that. Imagine a machine where you put that in, it gets crushed and sprayed and the liquid is transported and recycled.
How would not tolerating look like? Let’s start with you as an example, maybe your loved ones too. And maybe look at the horrors of a one child policy in China before we start following that idea again.
Having a good crypto exchange locally solves this. I sent a few thousand dollars to a cousin via a ethereum layer2 and it cost literally cents to send. Also helps with the legal hassle as exchanges need to know their customers.
I’m surprised nobody here mentioned SoGO. It’s a fully featured web mail interface that integrates contact management and a web calendar including caldav, carddav and task support. Easy up setup and easy to connect to any phone via foss apps.
