Maybe hide the big instances behind a few clicks? Like you could sort/filter for them, but you’d have to navigate a bit? The average user isn’t going to bother. Like have a default sort that hides the big ones, and a default filter that filters out the top five or whatever.
Should there be a way for users to formally protest mods? Or admins?
Linkedin is your best resource. And there arent any part time programming jobs, that just doesnt work. Try internships.
I’m a front-end dev. I play with CSS until it’s close enough to the design I can get someone to sign off on it. I write tests too, and that doesn’t take much. My tech lead is literally afraid of switch statements. I’ve had coworkers not understand for loops and reject MRs. I still prefer using if statements instead of X ? Y : Z.

Theres a lot of different ideas of what human rights should be. Abortion is the easiest example. Its a human right to abort, which to some is murder. In that case, it would make sense to be against to be against human rights, if you believe that right is to murder.
