0·1 year agoI don’t think this is exactly what you’re looking for, but Overseer/Jellyseerr offers notifications through Telegram for requests when they’re made, approved and available.
The only issue I had before adding DB to Streamio was sometimes the streams would lag. Once I got DB on there I never had that problem. But obviously that’s also dependent on other factors like how fast your connection is and how many seeds the torrent have. So you could be just fine without DB. But if you do have issues, I can definitely recommend adding it, especially since it’s so cheap.
