  • Did apple make their own screens during that time?

Heard apple doesn’t make them and just read that Samsung is going to supply 2/3 of the OLED screens for the iPhone 14.

Maybe apple wanted to make their phones bigger, but they had limitations.

If you have contracts and stuff getting 3rd party screens, you can’t just switch so quickly.

Apple is better to play it off that they don’t want to rather than can’t. You don’t want to be a company that can’t.

Eh, I think the problem is the customers just take what apple gives them

My girlfriend loves her iPhone 13 mini. Yet when she needs a new phone, she will get the iPhone large whatever.

They know this and don’t care to please the small portion of their fan base that want a smaller phone.

Having a mini line is just an extra cost to them and apple cuts all the costs they can to maximize profit. Not to please their consumers.

  • No one understands what a bidet really is.

In the old days, they were a separate free-standing device. Not a lot of people have space or money to add one of these types of bidets to their bathrooms

Now they make them as toilet seat attachments that don’t require extra space and really aren’t that expensive.

But people don’t know. Older people will be like, “Oh a bidet? No I don’t want another toilet like device in my bathroom”

So that gets rid of all those people.

Next you have the people that know about the new style bidets that’s just a fancy toilet seat.

Their biggest deterrent is probably cold water. Spraying cold water on their butt doesn’t appeal to most people.

You can get bidets that heat the water, but you have to have power behind your toilet, which not everyone has.

Then you have older people that just can’t work them or don’t feel like they can. Like my grandfather, I installed one with all the bells and whistles for him. Yet hitting a button and doing all that was too complicated. He was 90+ and could barely use a cell phone for basic functions. But he’d rather wipe his butt like he knew than mess with the “complicated” bidet.

Eventually everyone is going to own a bidet, it really is the way to go.

    We just aren’t there yet.

  • Even if it’s not simply fact, you have to take into account people who want to abuse the system.

I’m male. How much do I have to change to be considered female?

After getting X amount of estrogen?

In things like running or swimming, breasts are a complete disadvantage. Am I required to get a certain cup size?

I could be decent in Tennis as a male. But if I started playing females tomorrow I’d be one of the best. Just how the sport works. No amount of training is going to get a female to serve and return the ball as hard as I can (Which isn’t even top male speed).

How many days from today until I can play females?

What if I didn’t want to subject my body to hormones just to be considered the gender I feel like I already am? That should be my choice.

You’re basically saying that I need to do enough “damage” to my body to be considered female.
