There are a ton of great FOSS for Windows. Even before I moved to Linux as my primary OS, I used many of these because they were often just better than the proprietary alternatives.
Visual Studio Ultimate is so heavy though. I wouldn’t want to use it for anything other than the languages it was designed for.

Photos is cool but weirdly much lower than every other gallery app.

Both Bitbucket and Confluence partially support Markdown, but they implement it in different ways, which is maddening.
In Quebec, it is illegal to fail to render aid to someone whose life requires it. Doesn’t that give people an obligation to wear a mask?

Windows has billions of users, I guarantee you more than a few care about FOSS.
