Their account deletion policy aside, Crunchyroll is like one of the last remaining bastions of solid streaming for a very reasonable price that hasn’t increased in many years.
There’s plenty of streaming services to cancel and switch to piracy on legitimately, I don’t personally believe Crunchyroll to be one of them.

They largely believe they’re the main characters in a universe created just for them by a super being.
Their belief that this is all planned is unshakable. Because the second that’s in doubt, so is everything else they believe.

Because they’ve benefited significantly from the results. Generational wealth for white Americans is significantly higher than black Americans because of this very thing.
They want to keep that flowing and avoid being told that they’ve had a leg up on almost half the population because of what their ancestors did.

You sound like a reasonable person. I think we can both agree that what the police are doing right now is wrong. Even at 20 weeks, which is very late in the pregnancy game, as you say, the decision for what to do with her body should have been between her and her doctor only.
We should not have courts getting involved in this crap again like it’s pre the 70s all over. Those were not good times for women.
The two of them could absolutely have been smarter about what they did. But what they did shouldn’t be receiving national attention because it should have stayed between the two of them and their doctor.

Saying the ship you’re on is taking in water and likely going to sink, is still a very important piece of information to communicate, even if nobody has a bilge pump on hand.
Some people are ignoring the evidence of water pouring into the holds of our ship and screaming that we’re not sinking, and that’s causing a lot of confusion. Confusion that’s keeping us from coordinating properly on how best to keep the ship afloat.
Even if we don’t manage to save the ship, keeping it floating as long as possible gives us more opportunities to be rescued.
Plus, people should really understand how someone being a billionaire works. They don’t have billions of dollars sitting in a bank account somewhere.

Musk is a billionaire on paper. Like most. His wealth is represented by his ownership shares of Tesla, speculation on the valuation of space x and solar city.
He’s not selling his interests or shares in Tesla to buy things here. He’s leveraging them.
Similar to how you can have your house paid off, and then get a new mortgage against your house for an injection of capital. You’re leveraging the equity you have in your home. Which is based on the current perceived value of your home in the current market.
If the market changes drastically, so does the amount you can leaverage.
TL;DR; he does not have cash sitting around he can burn through to actually pay bills, and he’s absolutely not going to pay his Google cloud hosting bill with his Tesla shares unless absolutely forced to (at which point he’d probably just sell Twitter).

I’d be fine with Reddit making money, if they did it in an honest and predictable way. The way they’re going about it though is short sighted, deceitful, and completely unnecessary.
They could make money hand over fist if they just tweaked their approach a tad, kept the community happy, etc.
Bundle API usage in with Reddit Premium. Have it use upper limits of say 100k requests/month to the API. Anything over that and it’s on a per 10k/requests billing cycle sort of thing.
Push the cost to the consumer, so if AI wants to scrape all the data, they can pay for it just like everyone else.
Yeah, admittedly, those two things are annoying.
I haven’t personally experienced the adblocker thing though, I suspect it’s not intentional, but I’m purely speculating there.
