  • I was lucky enough to just quit the nicotine habit about a year ago

Long story short the refillable ones are more expensive and still have a pretty high failure rate with regular maintenance.

Now that being said I understand not everyone actually does the regular maintenance.

Basically people can’t afford $150 box mod to break on them and then they’re fucked.

Buying a disposable for 50$ a month ( I don’t know the real numbers or whatever I’m just guesstimating here) at least they know it’s not going to break on them before it runs out of juice

    Something like that

Because I literally told my friend about the disposable they problem and she took time to explain why she used disposables.

For a lot of people it’s as simple as the best available option to continue their habit.

Shit ain’t right but it is what it is.

I’m ashamed to say by now I have bought five total of the Indi 1g disposable vapes. The marijuana oil type.

I have not thrown a single one of them away although they have long been empty. I prefer to just buy standard cartridges. Which also have a bit of waste but no lithium

  • You are just putting words in my mouth now!

I skimmed thru every comment I made in this thread just in case.

I never called you a motherfucker. I said you suck and have out of date views.

I only ever even started being rude after i shared an admittedly slightly off-topic meme and then you said something along the lines of “can’t you read?”. At that point I was like if this guy’s being rude I guess there’s no need to hold back.

And last but not least, no I’m not virtue signaling. I would rent to someone who has tattoos.

At the same time, no I wouldn’t rent to a gang member. No the two groups aren’t mutually exclusive. There is some overlap. But it’s just crazy to say “hmmm this guy has tattoos he might be a degenerate”. There’s so many more ways to ensure that you’re getting an honest renter.

Like, maybe a credit check? I imagine a gang member would either have bad credit or no credit.

I’m pretty sure it’s legal to do a background check as well. At the very least, it’s possible to include a clause in the lease that the renter has to pass a background check based on your specifications before the lease is valid.

    So, in summation:

I am NOT virtue signaling. I think you’re being a dumbass and using stereotypes to exclude people. Why bother? Like seriously there’s economic and legal reasons to turn away potential rentors. I will never argue against that. That is your legal right as a landlord.

The article that this post links to talks about a young man and his son getting kicked out his mom’s apartment soon due to zoning laws. We have gotten so far off the point originally talking about…

  • It’s so funny you describe me as blinded by hatred.

But apparently a struggling man that happens to have tattoos and a young son shouldn’t be allowed to live with his mom due to zoning laws.

I unfortunately have taken the time to read your comments. You’re so full of shit.

You had one shitty tenant, but apparently that means that everybody struggling is evil and wanting to rip you off. Dude please

You have every right to limit who you rent. But the kind of shit you’re saying, everybody that has tattoos is a gang member etc etc…

I hope you never fill that property and it continues to drain your finances.

You don’t have to rent out to people you don’t want to. But all the other hateful shit you’re saying is so far off the wall.

    And last but not least…

    I don’t hate you. I don’t wish you harm.

I just don’t care enough about you to spend that much energy being emotional over some random conversation with an internet stranger. Sure, I’m annoyed by all the stupid ass shit you’re saying.

But hate is just not worth the energy, especially for someone I am never going to meet in my life.
