I don’t have a Medium account. Could someone post a link to the study?

I’ve had this issue ever since I got one of the latest model a year ago. Need to reset it like once a month.

A factory reset didn’t fix it :/

And I have another Apple TV 4K which is one generation old that’s never had the problem.
