https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Second
The second […] is defined by taking the fixed numerical value of the caesium frequency, ΔνCs, the unperturbed ground-state hyperfine transition frequency of the caesium 133 atom, to be 9192631770 when expressed in the unit Hz, which is equal to s−1.
Do not matter for relativity though, always same change.
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/TCP_congestion_control#TCP_BBR
List some issues, but only earlier version, not BBR3
BBR1:
researchers like Geoff Huston and Hock, Bless and Zitterbart found it unfair to other streams and not scalable.
Hock et al. also found “some severe inherent issues such as increased queuing delays, unfairness, and massive packet loss” in the BBR implementation of Linux 4.9.
Soheil Abbasloo et al. (authors of C2TCP) show that BBRv1 doesn’t perform well in dynamic environments such as cellular networks.
Which you can bypass… with a vpn. Self fulfilling market offer.
No, port forwarding removed because hosting threatened to kick mullvad out. Lot of shit hosted through that. No hosting, no vpn, so needed to remove to continue operate.
Pressure on host probably caused by those group though.
In germany we have „bürgergeld“: state pay you living minimum (include food and rent) when you do not have job or cannot find one (it more complicated, this simplified). Also we have minimum wage roughly above living minimum.
Not exactly UBI, but i think close enough.
No, raid for disk failure: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/RAID
Raid has no checksum, see argument here: https://superuser.com/questions/769104/is-raid1-or-similar-needed-for-btrfs-zfs-to-protect-against-bit-rot
But look like some raid implementation (and lot of drive) have error correction now: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Error_detection_and_correction#Data_storage https://serverfault.com/questions/77710/is-bit-rot-on-hard-drives-a-real-problem-what-can-be-done-about-it
raid cannot repair corruption/bitrot. zfs/btrfs with redundancy can.
Note: zfs/btrfs cannot repair bitrot without redundancy, only detect it. But if redudancy, is repaired automatically (self-healing).
Raid 1/5/6 cannot repair, only detect bitrot, cannot decide which copy good.
Rise again you shall, from the ash of the burning sky.
Not useful i think: list behave like software, patch need description and reason, if maintainer has question you need to answer or filter not added. List not just a collection of random filter by random people on a pile, curated and maintained actively.
If want one button pull request create for some list, need list repo and git user and make patch and commit and create pull request, beyond scope of ublock i guess.
Select thing 1, create filter. Select thing 2, create filter. Repeat.
