This is why I rarely get on board with new Google products nowadays. I know they’ll get half assed support and then be killed off really quickly.

That’s just semantics though. That’s exactly what I meant. No separation of RAM and storage.
I called it RAM-less, rather than all-RAM, because we already have the concept of virtual RAM on storage. So you could have your files in a file structure and your volatile memory in a virtual RAM file. And you wouldn’t necessarily even need to load files or programs into virtual RAM if you were only reading them, you could have a strict file pointer.
So could it be plausible one day to run a RAM-less computer? If persistent memory speed matched DRAM speed, would there still be a benefit to distinguishing RAM from SSD, beyond cost?
== is a heathen with no rightful place except equality to null. All praise ===
Guess that settles the debate, we got to pronounce it “sequel” then to optimally match syllables
!random ?
Also, can I see the screenshot?
I have to write powershell scripts and bash scripts at work. I hear people saying bash is great, powershell is bad, all the time in public, but honestly I feel like these people have barely actually written powershell. It’s a bit wordy, but it feels much more intuitive to me, much more akin to regular programming languages.
Unless everybody fully customises the display and styling of the adverts for their own website, there’s going to be some sort of targetable, recognisable pattern in the way AdSense content looks. Most developers just want an easy drop-in solution.
Furthermore, Google don’t necessarily want to give you that level of control over the adverts, because that makes it easier to game the ads system with malicious, fake and misleading clicks or invisible adverts. They need their tracking tech attached to it.
Diminishing returns. The more employees you add, the harder they are to manage efficiently and in-sync. You need to add more managers to manage more employees, which adds more layers and fragments the business more.
However, the numbers still don’t add up to me. The app shouldn’t be worse than 3rd party apps. The platform shouldn’t have all these downtime issues. The website shouldn’t be an accessibility failure.
To avoid sea ice, they entered an area they are legally allowed to enter… okay
