  • You seem to be very hard on yourself. If life happens and you have a break in your routine this does not mean failure. I think the “ease” Solution is a good one. Times won’t be tough forever, you can get back to your fitness level and it will maybe even be easier than the first time, because you have gained knowledge about yourself in your first Training. I also struggle with this, because I have high expectations on myself but think this should be the solution.
