What’s different about it?
GDP up, mostly government spending, per capital gdp and productivity is down. Would this affect a BoC rate decrease?

The organization is proposing to make use of future City development sites by building temporary cabin communities to get unhoused individuals out of the cold until construction begins.
“We know the City of Toronto is planning to build 65,000 permanent affordable housing units on municipal land, however permitting and construction can take five years or more (often many, many more),” 2SH’s Director, Robert Raynor told blogTO.
2SH’s proposed communities would involve 50 lockable cabins, which would offer residents electric heating and AC, safety, security, and privacy.
From Toronto! Awesome. Represent, Phil. Also what’s with all the fuddy duddies in the comments?

They’re doing some exciting work. Part of what I didn’t understand from the article is quart the funding and membership structure is like. Otherwise, keep doing what you’re doing:
In the last year, the Louisville Tenants Union passed far-reaching restrictions on public funding contributing to gentrification in Louisville; KC Tenants defeated a billionaire-backed stadium tax in Kansas City; Bozeman Tenants United banned new short-term rentals and elected one of their own as mayor in the Montana tourism hot spot; the Connecticut Tenants Union negotiated a collective bargaining agreement with one of New Haven’s largest landlords and Chicago’s Not Me We won ballot referenda backing a landmark antidisplacement ordinance covering the area surrounding the new Obama Presidential Center.

We’re compensating and getting creative about getting by.
And then bell asks us why we’re depressed.
They’re the first three Black gymnasts to share the top three spots in an Olympics — a feat that also occurred at last year’s world championships, when Biles and Andrade shared the podium with Shilese Jones in the individual all-around.
Neat! Love it.
Absolutely. Good point.
Yes and no. It takes a lot to unlearn and heal from a system like that. I’m not surprised there’s internalized xenophobia.
I’m so burned out from years of multiple jobs and schooling while working. I’ve cut my expenses down as much as I reasonably can and now just slowly drain my savings and sell things off waiting for my oomf to come back to get another job again. But I’m so tired.
On behalf of Canada: sorry.
But that’s like a stamp collector being mad at email. Wait, are stamp collectors mad at email??
