Patrick Mahomes, the starting quarterback for the Kansas City Chiefs, is 6’2 at 225lbs. No way in hell is Far Donnie an inch taller and 10lbs lighter than any active NFL quarterback in history.
It’s so hard for me to remember this was a commercial because I just keep remembering the meme version of it.
“What the frick, I thought it was an Xbox controller!”
Well what do you expect, I didn’t go to college to get a writing degree!
Might just be a South Park reference
PineTime with GadgetBridge. Super cheap and does the two things I want it to - tell time and track my steps.
At the gate we would hook up air to most aircraft via those big yellow hoses you’d see. From what I remember they can do both heat and AC. Sometimes, if the turnaround was suppose to be quick, they’d run the AC off the APU or ground power. Once they lose access to that then the only way to run AC was with a running engine.
Take all that with a grain of salt though. I haven’t worked in the industry for almost 20 years.

I didn’t realize how much I, or my family, drank before we left Wisconsin 20 years ago. We always had alcohol, and in hindsight, were often pretty drunk. I thought having 3-5 beers at dinner at a restaurant was normal. I thought having a 6 pack while driving from Green Bay to the cabin was normal. I thought a bottle lasting through a weekend was “taking it easy.”
I thought all that because that’s how my family, friends, and coworkers were. It’s how I grew up. How I saw my wife’s family do it. How work functions went.
Best thing I ever did for my liver was leave that state. It opened my eyes to how normalized it all was.
I just spent the morning doing this with my help desk team, although we just do it via command prompt at the recovery screen. We’ve had a 100% success rate so far at 93 devices and counting. I’m glad our organization practices read only Friday, at least.
