I’ve heard about people getting a “runner’s high” so that makes me think that it happens with cardio style exercising.

Not sure if this is relevant but working odd hours affected my strength, endurance, and energy. I’ll never accept a job where I have to wake up at 2am again.

Before my current job, I had sit-down call center jobs for the past 7+ years since before I made exercising a lifestyle. There is a major difference in my endurance, strength, and muscle tone. I’ve decided to keep looking for a different job.
