    They’re a legitimately shitty place even without the facial recognition. Long waits on the phone, only to have them hang up. Long waits in the store. Poor communication about any issues (they’ll tell you after you wait in line). Poor time estimates when things will be ready. Look at reviews for your local one and they’ll likely have similar issues. This isn’t even new, been the case for years.
